The surveyor that visits you will be fully trained in the design and specification of solar PV systems. We are solar specialists; we don’t sell other products.
The surveyor will measure up and give you a price on the first visit unless you have a fiendishly complicated roof, in which case he’ll need help from our technical team. We’ll then get back to you as soon as possible with a full and final price.
The surveyor will explain clearly how the potential output and payback of the system has been calculated. We only use the government’s prescribed formula for calculating this and insist on making it completely transparent to our customers.
The surveyor will NOT use pressure selling techniques. A solar PV system is a major purchase and we understand and respect your need to take the time to fully understand all the pro’s and con’s.
If you decide to have one of our solar PV systems installed, you will have your own personal installation manager assigned to you who will keep you fully informed of what’s happening from the moment you say “yes please, let’s go ahead”, right through to handing over your new, fully installed system.
Your solar PV system will be designed in-house by our own specialist solar PV design team using the most advanced design and modelling software available. Every roof is different, so we make sure that your solar PV system is designed and optimised specifically for your home.
The installers who turn up will be our own, fully employed people. This is quite unusual in our industry, but we insist on it so we can be confident you get the highest quality of workmanship at every stage.
